Seitan Blend (80%) (Water, Wheat Gluten), Coconut Oil, Sunflower Oil, Soya Protein (3%), Modified Corn Starch, Wheat Fiber, Salt, Spices (Mace, Nutmeg, Cardamom, Coriander, White Pepper, Black Pepper), Thickener: Carrageenan; Colour: Iron Oxides and hydroxides.

Storage

Keep refrigerated below 4°C and use within 4 days of opening and by the 'use by' date shown. Not suitable for freezing.

How to enjoy

Cooking Instructions

Remove film attached to each sausage before cooking.

Always cook before consuming. All cooking appliances vary. The following are guidelines only. Grill or fry for best results. Ensure product is cooked throughout.

Pan fry from chilled.

For best results, pan fry on a medium heat in 1 tsp of oil for 4–5 mins, turning occasionally.

Grill from chilled.

Pre-heat grill to medium heat. Cook for 5–7 mins, turning occasionally.

Oven cook from chilled for 7–10 Mins.

Preheat oven to 190°C / Fan 170°C. Place sausages on a baking tray in the middle of the oven and cook. Turn occasionally.
